Actually, it seems to me that there would have been an easier solution to your problem: Take the volume ID of your partitions, which is also unique. (Use mountvol.exe to determine your volume IDs, this is even covered by the Truecrypt FAQ) 

But this approach wouldn&#039;t work for me, because I encrypted the entire disks (&quot;Partition0&quot; instead of &quot;Partition1&quot;) and only partitions have volume IDs.

So thanks again for this awesome script.</description>
